Cant see full site on iOS

Whenever i go to hardocp.com in iOS it gives me the mobile site. Even if i specifically type in the URL, it still gives me the mobile site. When i 'request desktop version' it fails. Why cant i put in a specific URL and it return a specific page? How can i force iOS to always give me the desktop version of hardocp? Is it even possible to view desktop [H] on iOS???

I HATE HATE HATE mobile web. Why is getting the full desktop site a fucking request and not an explicit order?
 
Use to be a link at the bottom. It appears to have been removed. Probably by the Deep State.
 
Not sure why this is here and not in the help and feedback forum....

Have you gone into the mobile settings menu and set your preference and saved it?
 
dont thing you can make it permanent but press and hold the refresh button and it will give you the option to load the desktop site. im assuming youre using safari...

You can set it to permanent in the mobile menu settings.
 
iPhone 6s. No issues switching to desktop version under iOS 11, and still no issues after the iOS 12 update. 99% of the time, it remembers the preference when opening a new [H] tab, but the 1% it doesn't, no problems changing the preference back. Using Safari.

Chrome + Desktop Site
 
Dunno, people gripe, we try to help them, then we get no response. Not much more we can do at that point. :(
