You could've fooled me.
'need' implies something that is essential rather than just desirable

First you'd need to be aware of the differences between needs and wants.

Well, you hate yourself too. So there is that.
I have a 6+ that is getting old. But Im waiting for 5g and usb-c. Then xs to the maxMy 6S will need to be replaced next year. this release has me hopeful that next year we will see another inclusion of a much more affordable model.
Still waiting for more details though.
Well we already have close to USB C capability. 5G would be nice tho....I have a 6+ that is getting old. But Im waiting for 5g and usb-c. Then xs to the max
You know what would help extend the life of phones? If we could replace the battery in them ourselves. Like really.
I literally chose my v20 because it's the best phone with a removable battery. That's my #1 criteria. For many reasons.
I'd like to buy it. I've used my 6+ upto this point and now that I've recently dropped the thing more than a few times the screen just isn't right.
Can I hate the planet and not buy the new iPhone. Asking for a friend.
I don't think that word means what you think it means.
You answered friend!thanks for trying to get this answered for me. however it looks like nobody answered.
If you dislike forces upgrades, then Android and no updates is for youI would use my iPhone as long as it still works. But one day, Apple decided to drop the iOS support on it, and the apps that I used (example: Whatsapp) stopped working if I don't update to the latest iOS. That's how Apple makes me ditch the iPhone.
Depends on whether his buttons or other things are starting to go. Regardless, he'd have to replace it in 2020, because support will end with IOS 13I don't think that word means what you think it means.
I may upgrade, but honestly, my 6s+ works quite well. I also have 6 and it's sluggish. I took to apple to check the batter and possibly replace it, but it's actually at 93% capacity after 3.5 years. OTOH, that 6s+ is down to 89. Whether I keep it or sell it, I'm replacing that battery.I have a 6+ that is getting old. But Im waiting for 5g and usb-c. Then xs to the max
don't feed the trolls!

I'm a MotoG and GalaxyJ user now.If you dislike forces upgrades, then Android and no updates is for you
Yet, you want t o buy another apple product. They create fragile devices that are much more prone to failure than any other competing products. At 2-3x the price. If it’s anything like my 6S it’s probably going to die soon. I had my battery replaced in Jan, my screen has a orange/yellow spot that is growing quite large, new battery is at 73%, Touch ID doesn’t work halve the time.
I bought the carrier unspecified version. Honestly I bought those phones because I just wanted to get the phones and not deal with entering the carrier and phone number and such.
I noticed that its the same phone for Verizon, ATT and whatever. How long has Apple been selling iPhones that are compatible with any carrier? I'm on Verizon, so I'll activate it on Verizon. If I choose to switch to ATT, can I take the SIM out and reactivate it?
I bought the phones without a carrier and paid outright. No financing.
Yes, which one did you get? Apple has been pretty good throughout history about supporting as many bands as possible, I don't know if they ever made a phone that only worked on GSM or CDMA but there are instances where they are missing certain bands. I just took my 6S to TMO and had full working capability.
Yes, because someone pointing out your error must be a troll. There is no way you made a mistake. Why can't you just shrug it off and admit it's really not a need but a want? Perhaps I'm wrong and it is really an emotional necessity for you? Would your entire world unravel if you couldn't own a new iphone?don't feed the trolls!
