If you have a late model Galaxy device, you may want to go ahead and delete "that" folder for a little while. Aroid Central is reporting that the default texting app is randomly sending pictures to random contacts without any permission. Even better, when it does send the unauthorized pic, it leaves no trace of it ever happening.

Be careful before you end up letting your boss know how you really feel. Or you send your granny a pic of the wrong kind of coin purse.

If you've got a Samsung phone and use the default Samsung Messages app for all your texting needs, you may want to check your gallery to make sure you don't have any embarrassing photos in it. According to numerous Redditors, a bug is causing Samsung Messages to randomly send pictures to contacts without leaving any sort of evidence.

Not the first time something like this has happened. Who remembers Froyo sending texts to random contacts instead of the one you chose?

It turned out the bug affected some users carriers notably T-Mobile and in some extend AT7T in this case:

No such reported issue elsewhere.

So we have phones recording at random and texting that to random people. Now sending random pictures. Next will be your camera turning on at random and texting video or imagines to people that you never took.
