Hello
I would like to test mining.
Which machine can be a good choose from a start of today ?
We can see some D3 used for exemple at 500€.
Avalon6 at 350€....

Is it profitable ?

Thanks

Don't bother.

Buying hardware to mine now? Not a good idea.

But mining is still profitable. I pay €0.16/kwh and still mine with 13x1060 and 1x1080Ti. Sure it's not big money, but I earn about €150/month after electricity cost. It's about €300 total. No point in stopping as long as I'm earning more than I'm spending.
I don't sell my coins though. It would be stupid to sell now. Gonna do it in a year (or if it again reaches ATH like early Jan 2018).

Correct, the OP was asking about buying hardware. His rates aren't competitive enough to buy hardware right now and mine at these levels.

sell mid december no matter what. It always tanks around tax time with a decline starting a bit before xmas. You know the times people tend to raise funds.
