Mixed Reality Portal Auto Starting

When I boot up my computer, the first time my monitor goes to sleep, my Samsung Odyssey is somehow triggered and the Mixed Reality Portal starts up. If I close the MRP it doesn't happen again, at least not until I reboot or shutdown. This has probably caused my Odyssey to be on/active for 50+ extra hours since I got it a month ago.

Any way to stop this from happening, shy of bothersome workarounds like unplugging it or disabling sleep on my monitor or never shutting down or rebooting?

Mine starts on windows launch so I shut it on reboot.

I thought that's what mine was doing, and made a startup script to kill it, but that didn't work. That's when I figured out that it instead happens the first time my monitor goes to sleep.
