what if any is the proper way for the install do you want the tubes on top ( where the back of the case is , its a 120mm push pull config) or the bottom so the tube is laying over ur gpu? does it really matter ? thanks in advance
 
what.... you have to explain yourself better. but if I understand correctly, you are referring to the mounting position of the AIO radiator on the back of the case..? you will want to install it with the tubes down, so any possible bubble is kept in the reservoir and not obstructing the liquid path and flow, as shown in the image below, that's the correct position.

according to manufactures it doesn't make any difference tubes up or down, i have one 120mm down and 240mm up and both work fine no pump noise or air issues

only time id be concerned with that is if the rad is on the bottom and the hoses are running vertical to the pump myself

aios always have a bit of air in them. with the tubes at the top, any air in the unit will collect in the end of the rad and can get sucked down and into the rad pump* causing gurgling. its exactly what is happening with my h110i right now and happened with my h60 too.

Exactly. Even if the AIO didn't come from the factory with any air in it, the coolant does evaporate through the tubing over time, albeit very very slowly. Gurgly noises aside, it doesn't take much air to seriously hamper those little AIO pumps, so mounting the radiators so air can be trapped in their endtanks is best practice.
 
Rather than the direction of the tubing, the more important thing with AIOs is to keep the pump below the radiator so that gravity can help in pulling liquid back to the impeller. These pumps are universally weak and need every bit of help they can get to reduce stress and maximize their lifespans.
 
What doubletake said.

One end of radiator needs to be higher than the pump. This will hopefully keep any air in system at top of radiator. But air still might collect in other high point is loop, like if pump is higher than hoses between pump and radiator.
