Massdrop is legit. It's just a group buy platform. The GPUs are likely just left over from previous group buys that didn't sell out.

You just have to be aware that the shipping date can be quite a ways out from your purchase date, and you have to price check as their group buys are often not a great deal for people living in the U.S.
