DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

Good evening I am new on your forum and I have just acquired a dan cases A4-SFX V2. I traveled the majority of this forum and I found a lot of information to guide me to my installation. However even if I could see that some configurations are similar to mine, I wonder about the viability in time.

I give you the components that I want to install.

ASUS ROG STRIX Motherboard Z370-I Gaming.
Intel i7 8700K.
ASUS TURBO-GTX1070 8 GB graphics card.
Power supply BE QUIET SFX L Power 500W.
Crucial SSD MX300 1TB M.2.
SAMSUNG SSD 860 PRO 500GB.
G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 (2x 8GB) 3000 MHz.
Noctua NH-L9i.

I wonder if the noctua is really enough to cool my 8700K, and what vcore I should put in the bios so that it does not heat too much. It's been a long time since I did not have a computer, I spent a few years on laptops. This case I like a lot and I would not kill my components when turning on. If I switch to watercooling that you advise me to take, I think my diet is too big to install the radiator.

Thank you, your forum is at the top.
Ps: sorry for my english ^^.

Done.

7700K (delidded)
TITAN XP
ASUS ROG STRIX Z270I
Corsair dominator 8G*2 3200MHz
Cosair SF600
Samsung 960 EVO M.2 250G
Noctua A9*14 PWM with Alphacool 92mm radiator
Koolance PMP 400 DDC pump
Koolance Tube (ID 6mm / OD 10mm) and fittings
CPU Water block
Aquacomputer Cuplex Kryos NEXT with VISION
GPU Water block
XSPC Razer Neo - GTX 1080/1080 Ti (Chrome + Tempered Glass)
MDPC Sleeving cable (Vanilla sands color small)

I feel sorry for that psu getting blasted by 300-400 watts of heat :(
Interested in how high the water temp is in there while playing a demanding game through. Is that LCD screen reading water temp?

The temperature is not good...(playing Witcher3). GPU is maintained at 60-70 Celsius degrees. But CPU is over 90 celsius degrees in realtemp.
So I have several plans to lower the temperature.
I will come back with detailed temperature data when I get a payday^__^

Is your CPU delidded? Might be a solution if not? (Not sure if you mentioned this already)

thats Sad man, would be cool if it was sufficient.
a Delid on the CPU could work, but still that would give 15-20 degree, still hot af.

The c7 cu just arrived at superbuy warehouse and they sent me a pic of what's in the box. It's going to be on the way to me soon.

For 58 dollars, its the same price as the lp53, but doesn't take 1-2 months to shipf rom Korea.
If it performs the same or better it's a pretty good deal imo considering it fits on motherboards that the lp53 doesn't fit on and also supports am4 out of the box.

Did you but it from taobao?

Yeah, superbuy is a middleman for taobao shopping worldwide, if you want to have an easier time. They order for you, have the package sent to their warehouse, send you pics of the package like above and can help you pick a number of courier companies to ship to your location.

You can order directly off the taobao seller using google translate if they offer worldwide shipping too.

What specs? Honestly the fact that it works at all is nuts, especially with the gpu at those temps. How high do you have the fan running? And as someone else asked, did you delid?

I bought it from Taobaofocus, same principal hope it will arrive soon!

Nice, it took 2 days to ship from seller to warehouse, so pretty speedy so far.

oh you didn't want the one with graphene? I will be ordering mine next week I got unlucky and my card is full

Nah I wanted the original copper. Not sure about the benefits of graphene coating. No one has properly tested it on heatsink yet, but I am very curious about it though.

I just wanted it all black XD

From the posts of other 8700k owners they delided it first then went with noctua and add multiple fans or aio. 8700k just runs pipping hot.

Just recieved pictures from Taobaofocus, for the Cryorig C7 Cu, but this is not copper color?

hmmm
thats wierd

You seem to have ordered a graphene coated c7, which is a service a taobao seller called grey whale sells. The fan is white with white sleeving, so I'm guessing it's the c7 cu coated in graphene, not the regular c7.
The only way to be sure is to scratch some graphene off and see what color the fins are inside, I guess

How much did you pay for it? Regular price is supposed to be 369 RMB.

One seller is selling 2 options of the C7 Cu, pure copper and copper with graphene coating. Till now there is no advantage or disadvantage known. I found the first test in this chinese forum https://www.chiphell.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1840437&extra=page=1&page=1&mobile=2. What I read is that the C7 Cu performance 1-2° better than the AXP-100 and is rated by 115-130 TDP. A seller is also selling fan clips for mounting a A9x14.

The main problem will be the fan noise/turbulence. For this I think we need to lower the Mainboard 2-3mm and use fan duct of 6-7mm. The highly maximum of the Dan A4 is 50mm for CPU Cooler (48mm is with 2mm secure range.).

Ye i see, i just did some research and some sells it in graphene coating, but is that trustworthy it could just be some shitty painting... And there is really no evidence for the graphene to work as, ppl claim grahpene-copper coating to dessipates heat 30% higher than normal copper...
i see i did buy the graphene version of it, tho the seller had copper pictures on his sellpage on Taobao :(

This time i purchased it from Superbuy, lets see if Taobaofocus or superbuy is fastest, Taobaofocus already received the graphene version from the seller in china :)

That case is not an A4 is prob a chinese knock off,
But he dont have the pure copper version of this cooler.

Ok if something go’s wrong i buy the be quiet shadow rock tf2. Is very big but i think is cooling very much than the noctua^^.

Ah yes I dunno if graphene had any effects at all.

Edit: how much did you pay for the c7 cu w/graphene? price is currently inflated prolly due to demand.

It's an issue with the power button, not the psu. You put the power sw cable in the wrong way, flip it around so the power sw text is facing the ram.

No nothing change.

It’s the first time for me or nothing Happen. Maybe the ram is hs. I switch them but nothing.

At this time my brain is out.

Try jumping the motherboard manually with a screw driver. If it still doesn't start then its definitely not a power sw issue.

I doubt it's a psu issue because the leds are on, but you could try testing the psu by connecting a fan to it with molex and jumping the 24pin with a paperclip to see if the fan works.
