Is there a such thing as a gaming tablet with windows 10? Looking for something around 8 inch that can be easy to carry around. Currently using a 7inch nuvision tablet that can do 1080p but only an Intel gpu that can only play certain games...

I don't believe so as I have not looked into a "gaming tablet". Of what I do remember reading, the Razer Phone is good, but it runs Android.

Possibly the Surface Pro's might do you well, but I have never tried to game on one.

There are some coming which remind me of a thicker psp using amds new apu and a 720p screen

720p is crap...My current tablet does 1080p but it only has an Intel gpu...I need something that runs windows as I will double up and use it for business. I believe the surface pro 2 has a beefy gpu. Gonna look into it sum more...

WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!??!

about the only options are http://techshaker.com/2017/05/03/gigabytes-aero-15-gaming/

with the exception of the asus 2 of the 3 are 2 in 1 IMHO the only "tablet" is the asus

Keep in mind there are so many sacrifices cramming anything worthwhile running windows into a 12-15 inch single panel cooling capacity and battery life are 2 huge issues. Somewhat mitigated on the surface book and aero 15 as more battery and the dgpu is in the base

then your option is a Nvidia Shield k1 with an nvidia based computer to game stream from and a bluetooth controller.

And actually the best your going to find will be ultraportable laptop. Tablet market is essentially a dead zone. Nvidia made a hardware demo in the shield series they wanted more hardware makers to clamor for the soc but tablet market is essentially dead so chances are you will never find a decent tablet

That is android based. I need windows 10.

You're not going to get gaming-capable Windows 10 tablet in a small size (or any size, really). Even a modest GPU will consume a huge amount of power (and generate a lot of heat); there's also the not-so-small matter of most GPU-dependent Windows games depending heavily on keyboard and mouse input. What's the point of getting an 8-inch tablet for gaming if you have to also carry a mouse and keyboard?

If you want a tablet for gaming, I see two options: either get an Android tablet and subscribe to a game streaming service with Windows games, or get an iPad Pro. The latter is by far the most powerful gaming-friendly tablet and has the widest tablet-native gaming selection. After all, you can play Fortnite and PUBG Mobile on it.

Windows 10 for tablet gaming is certainly weak, the selection is simply not there and you can't natively run many desktop games on tablet with integrated GPUs.

Um I don't want to be streaming lol I got a powerful desktop pc for that...also I wouldn't be using this to play demanding games. This would mainly be when traveling or when I got spare time. Mostly non demanding games indie games and some old school stuff

get a surface pro. I have a 2 which is very old by todays standards and runs older things and indie/non demanding games fine. Even some stuff like diablo 3 is fine.

Sweet I was looking into those surface tablets but was waiting to see if any other companies might come out with something better in the near future. Unfortunately the surface tablets are to big...I don't want anything larger than 10 inch as I will be bringing this around very often.
My nuvision 8 inch tablet is the ideal size but acts up randomly and does annoying crap. Sometimes the blue tooth won't work, sometimes the damn battery is dead eventhough when i shut it off it was fully charged! Other times it won't connect to WiFi in my house but my phone which is right next to the tablet connects perfectly fine. Some sd cards don't work but when i use them on my pc they work perfectly fine. The battery drains super fast. I guess I shouldn't expect much considering it was 80 bux but yet still 1080p...I looked at several other much higher priced tablets and hardly any are 1080p but much lower quality..wth

I have used Dell Venue before, the prices are not bad but I didn't have much luck for longevity.
