Hey all,
So I have a need to have one client on my network be isolated from the rest, but still be able to access the outside internet via the gateway.
My setup is:
pfSense Router (two ports, LAN & WAN) -> HP Procurve 1810G24 switch -> all clients
I know I can probably do this with VLAN's somehow, but I ahve yet to find a good resource from which to learn how that would be accomplished.
Is there any way I could set port one on the switch (the pfsense LAN port) as accessible from multiple VLANs at the same time, and thus have two VLAN's, one for the isolated client, and one for all the others both access the gateway through that one port?
Would this require some sort of tagging on the pfSense side?
Much appreciated!
