I'm sure everyone's experience varies but I avoid logitech like the plague now. Just about every piece of logitech hardware I've owned has failed and their RMA process is a joke.

Wireless headset - Failed after a year
Wireless mouse - middle button broke and logitech won't respond to my RMA request
Bluetooth keyboard - worked solid for a year, now has a hard time maintaining connection.
Logitech webcam - microphone issues

What issues have you had with their RMA process? I've had a few things fail in the past and experienced nothing but great customer service, a new in box replacement within 10 business days as long as the product was still under warranty. Just need to explain the problem and troubleshooting steps in detail, latest issue was a ghost input macro on my G910 keyboard, brand new one 8 days later.

They flat out won't respond to my RMA after doing the initial troubleshooting. It's been almost a month now since I asked for a replacement. I started opening up multiple tickets trying to get a response until a tech responded by closing all the duplicates. The issue is well documented on their forums too.

Ah, that sucks :(

I just called and they started RMA within a day or so, replaced a couple mice for ghost clicks bc of this too.

Wow...Completely different from my exp., I have had a mouse and a keyboard replaced with no trouble what so ever....And I used the hell out of a G27 wheel and it failed at 2 3/4 years of a 3 year warranty, they shipped me a G920 to replace it and it was in my hands with in 2 weeks

I've RMA'd a Logitech g502 mouse and my Logitech g900 mouse and both times I didn't even have to send it in, they just sent me new ones and told me to keep the broken ones.

They responded to my RMA both times within 24 hours. Nothing but great service from Logitech as well.

Ok - which one of you works for Logitech. They just decided to respond to my requests

Bit on the white G703 for $50. Gonna try a wireless but I don't really notice the cable on my Deathadder so let's see if it makes a difference.

Also had two logitech mice buttons fail in less than a year.

At first I thought it was a fluke then bought another but same thing happened. Seems logitech products have become cheap.

The G920 is going in and out of stock.

What I find insulting is the free shifter - it's not giving me a shipping option, in store pickup only (and there isn't one with it in stock within 250 miles).

wireless kb and mouse for $20.. shipped.
Wow. cheap kb for the cheap steam link, then.

These are great mice with amazing response time.

When my G500 failed the only RMA problem I had was that there was not an option on the RMA form for the G500. I ended up having to call. The guy on the phone was friendly, we talked about gaming while he processed things. I got an email asking for proof of purchase, and then got an email saying they were sending me a G502. Easy enough.

Anyway, I'm tempted to grab another G502 to as a backup because my curreng G502 has no warranty since it is a replacement for another failed mouse. It works fine but is showing some wear.

Well me and another fellow in this thread have said otherwise. Google g602 broken button and you'll see it's a common issue

Everything I know about the new logitech products

a. Logitech Proetus can be small for some people there is a raised edge on the left button which your finger can hit when moving the mouse around.

b. Orion keyboards wrist rest sucks

c. Prodigy mice the middle wheel can fall off and hit the floor

d. Chaos spectrum 903 is the newer model which has a 10g weight on the bottom compared to the G900

e. Logitech pro is a real small mouse I bought 2 last year but it's really good if you can get over the size.

I use Logitech mice and keyboards exclusively on my machines.
I do have the mice fail occasionally due to heavy use but they always send me a new one when it's under warranty.
One time I decided to inquire what they could do about a 6 year old MX Revolution mouse that had the left double click issue that was 3 years out of warranty.
They couldn't warranty the device so they issued me a 50% off coupon to get any mouse I wanted, so I bought a Performance MX or G700, can't remember which one I got at the time.

I do have an issue with my G910 Orion Spectrum, the blue LED in the F4 key has failed so they are sending me a pre-paid shipping label and will send me a new one when they get mine.

Just wait until they brick your mouse.

Going to give the g900 a try always wanted one someone on the overclock forum said the clicks are heavenly lol if it cramps up my hand I'll be pissed though and it will be ebay bound.

I love mine. Got it as a free warranty replacement for a busted G700s.

My non-gamer/just emails etc. wife has had a M510 fail 3 times in the last year & a half while my Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v.1.0 is still working great 9 years later (mfg date: May 2008)!

I want the G502, but the ad says it isn't available within 250 miles of me!? What?

Amazon matched the K830 for a little while, but it's back to $61.99 now :(
I love my 602. Tough as hell and great battery life.
+1 Have 3 - office, home, spare rig.
Speaking of which, the K830 is crazy cheap as well, especially when combined with the 15% keyboard recycling coupon!

EDIT : Just picked up a couple of K830s for $33 :)

Anyone have experience with the Logitech G933 Gaming Headset?

I know it won't be better for music like my HD600s or DT880s but I would like to try something wireless for gaming. My cables are always getting tangled. I would like it to have decent bass impact but not inflated or unnatural.

Thanks OP, it isn't just in store, and Free shipping til Nov. 17. So I got a new mouse, thanks again.

Literally the opposite of my experience.

Had an MX1000 die under warranty, they sent me a Revolution
Revolution had an issue with the wheel, I sent them the mouse they sent me a new one.
Had a battery in a Harmony One bulge (and which made it impossible to take out) they sent me a new won, despite it being out of warranty.

g502 has the best sensor ive ever used, & i say that having previously owned an overclocked mx300 & a g9x. thirty bucks is an absolute steal. looks weird, but feels super comfortable with my claw grip. if any of yall play competitive FPS & need a new mouse...
