Hello everyone,
I'm having problems with my PC since I moved it to another room, whenever I turn it on it automatically turns off after 2-5 seconds and once again turns on after 5 seconds to start the same loop. I doesn't even send video to the monitor, so I can't access the BIOS.
I have tried many things:
-Did the most basic troubleshoot, getting the motherboard outside of the case, using a box as a base, installed the CPU, Cooler and PSU and still the speaker doesn't beep any error.
-Removed BIOS Battery
-Cleared CMOS with a jumper/screwdriver
-Changed RAM to the different slots and tried different memories, even if I don't use any RAM I don't get any beep.
-Tried 4 different PSUs (1 with 1000W, 1 with 750W and 2 with 500W)
-Tried using both the 8-pin 12V ATX and 4-pin 12V ATX power sources for the CPU on the motherboard.
-Tried using a borrowed CPU (Intel Core i5-6600k) and still having the same problem.
-Tried with 2133 MHz memories as well
-Tried my CPU in another motherboard and it works perfectly fine.
The specifications are:
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
RAM: 24GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)
Cooling System: Corsair H100i v2 240MM liquid CPU Cooler
HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX Predator 240GB M.2
PSU: Cooler Master V750W Semi-Modular 80+ Gold
GPU: EVGA NVidia GTX 960 2 GB GDDR5 (About to be upgraded)
Any help or recommendation that you can grant me, will be very appreciated.
Thanks a lot.
