Hello everyone,

I'm having problems with my PC since I moved it to another room, whenever I turn it on it automatically turns off after 2-5 seconds and once again turns on after 5 seconds to start the same loop. I doesn't even send video to the monitor, so I can't access the BIOS.

I have tried many things:
-Did the most basic troubleshoot, getting the motherboard outside of the case, using a box as a base, installed the CPU, Cooler and PSU and still the speaker doesn't beep any error.
-Removed BIOS Battery
-Cleared CMOS with a jumper/screwdriver
-Changed RAM to the different slots and tried different memories, even if I don't use any RAM I don't get any beep.
-Tried 4 different PSUs (1 with 1000W, 1 with 750W and 2 with 500W)
-Tried using both the 8-pin 12V ATX and 4-pin 12V ATX power sources for the CPU on the motherboard.
-Tried using a borrowed CPU (Intel Core i5-6600k) and still having the same problem.
-Tried with 2133 MHz memories as well
-Tried my CPU in another motherboard and it works perfectly fine.

The specifications are:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
RAM: 24GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)
Cooling System: Corsair H100i v2 240MM liquid CPU Cooler
HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX Predator 240GB M.2
PSU: Cooler Master V750W Semi-Modular 80+ Gold
GPU: EVGA NVidia GTX 960 2 GB GDDR5 (About to be upgraded)

Any help or recommendation that you can grant me, will be very appreciated.
Thanks a lot.

Try make sure the GPU is seated correctly. It could be slightly out of the slot in one side, specially towards the center.

Thanks for the reply,
I've tried as well with and without the GPU, since the motherboard has integrated graphics for the intel CPU. When I reseat the GPU I still get the same problem.

I've seen a similar behavior with Z170 boards paired with 7th gen Intel processors where the BIOS hadn't been updated to support the newer processors, but seeing as you're still using 6th gen ones, that's obviously not the case.

Do you see any bent pins on the LGA?
When it reboots, do the M_BIOS and B_BIOS LEDs alternate being lit up?

I might have to agree with Ocellaris, board might be toast. Too bad it's not one where you can update the BIOS without a CPU/RAM, otherwise that might have been a worthwhile step to try.

I don't see any bent pins, not even while using a magnifying glass.
I see the M_BIOS and B_BIOS chips, but I don't see any LED nearby to them (Pictude Ahead)

Yeah, this Motherboard doesn't support Q-flash+

Here's a photo of the LGA, it's a little bit blurry but still i don't see any problem with the pins.

Weird, I figured it would have some indicator as to which BIOS is being loaded, or even a switch. Yeah, sounds toast.

Sure, no harm trying. Never heard of anyone denying a warranty claim as long as you troubleshooted enough.
