EVGA 1080 ti SC Black vs FTW3 (pics)

I just ordered a SC black from the Egg for $709. I like the FTW3, more power phases but the smaller size of the SC won me over besides the lower cost. This card will probably be a 3-5 year card and will need to go into smaller systems later.

Does the FTW's cooler exactly 2 slots thick or thicker than 2 slots?

Pretty sure SC's is exactly 2 slots thick, but I never saw a proper image of the FTW side on.

It's still exactly two slots thick, but it's 0.958 inches taller and 1.2 inches longer than the SC Black.
