Bethesda has released their DLC plans for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus: a season pass, dubbed “Freedom Chronicles,” will treat players to three new campaign experiences, all with new characters. These include “The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe” (starring professional quarterback Joseph Stallion), “The Diaries of Agent Silent Death” (with ex-OSS agent and assassin Jessica Valiant), and “The Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins.” These protagonists will be first be seen in “Episode Zero,” a special bonus for anyone who pre-orders the game.

Episode Zero introduces you to Joseph Stallion, Jessica Valiant and Gerald Wilkins as they fight for freedom in the American Territories. Blast your way through Nazis using unique abilities and an arsenal of guns in this opening DLC mission. Episode Zero is available as a special bonus for anyone who pre-orders Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Pre-order today to fight the Nazis on all fronts in The Freedom Chronicles: Episode Zero! (Note: Episode Zero is also available in the Season Pass.)

Then they're missing out on a huge opportunity.
 
Pre-Order and you get a level. Season pass and you get a few more levels. Why not just put them in the game? The game isn't released yet, and they have those levels planned.

I hate DLC and Season Passes.

Looks like a great game, but I will wait for the full game to be released, which will come at a discounted price, too.

I actually agree with your sentiments in general. However, for a game like Wolfenstein that I know I'm going to play at least two times, I don't mind playing the base game once first, then hitting the new stuff on the next pass. Gives the next pass a little extra pizzazz. In most cases though, yeah, I'd rather just get the Game of the Century Edition or something like that. I'm a lot more patient these days, but when it's something like this, I still grab it earlier than later.
 
Season pass Ugh... guess who's going to not buy any of this crap until everything is available on Steam for a bundled price that's 75% of the original cost!
