WTB: 1030 / 1050 / 1050 Ti for 4K HTPC

Gents and ladies,

As the thread title says, looking to upgrade my HTPC card to something that will decode 4K 10-bit HEVC - the current 970 is not cutting it. I can get a 1030 brand new for around $70 right now, but if I could find a 1050 or 1050 Ti for a good deal on here I would be more inclined to purchase the better card for a bit more. Passive cooling definitely a plus but not requrired, though it should run cool and quiet as it is going in an HTPC.

If you have any other offers that are 100% guaranteed to meet this requirement, let me know. AMD would be considered as long as it meets the above requirements and the price is in the sub-$100 range.

I do have a rx460 2gb. I could let it go for $73 shipped. It's the one that's in my 3770 build i'm selling but they aren't hooked to the hip with each other.

Some of the info I have seen on the RX460 seem to indicate that it doesn't have the same decoding featureset as the GeForce 10 series, so I think I will pass. Thank you for the offer though!
