Stock has been available since April. You just have to be quick enough to grab one before they're all sold out. I was able to grab one 2 weeks ago and it was delivered to me last Wednesday.Not avail yet

With that being $160 + ship I'd compare getting a 1080ti (preferably a model with a mid plate), a nzxt bracket for $30 and a corsair H90 AiO cooler for $90, plus some screws and washers and it would probably cost less overall. Optionally swap fans for better ones.
The hybrid cooler 1080ti card itself is $810, around ~ $30 more than some of the custom air cooled cards. I am going with that and less DiY this time around considering how well they work vs price.
