Which blower fan?

I am looking for a GTX 1070 with blower fan (it's for a Silverstone Raven RV02-e.) Any recommendations?

How does the Founders Edition compare to non FE aftermarket units with blower fans? Also, are the aftermarket FE the same as Nvidia's FE?
 
Yes, all aftermarket FE are the same. I think the MSi AERO OC has a better heat pipe design than the FE. Other than that, the FE, MSi AERO and ASUS TURBO all have 3 heat pipes. When it comes down to it there is no real world difference between the FE and non-FE blowers.

Do you think I can get a reasonable OC with one of those cards in the RV02-e case? My hunch is yes because it's an amazing case for air cooling. But that's IF you don't mess up the airflow with a non-blower card so I think I would get better performance with a blower card.

I think so. It's been shown that Pascal isn't really thermal limited, but the cooler the card is the more stable its Boost clock. With that in mind every chip can reach similar overclocks in a given environment, so I think that you will be fine.

So I pulled the trigger on a MSI 1070 Aero OC. It idles at 27c with the fan at it's lowest setting. Not bad for a blower fan, right?
I haven't put it under load yet.
