Hi

I am looking on these mobo´s

https://www.asus.com/dk/Motherboards/ROG-MAXIMUS-IX-FORMULA/ New cpu 7700k

https://www.asus.com/dk/Motherboards/ROG-MAXIMUS-IX-HERO/ New cpu 7700k

https://www.asus.com/dk/Motherboards/ROG-RAMPAGE-V-EDITION-10/ This supports 6 cores cpu 6850k

I feel like the formula mobo is more something for me.
Now i have the Rampage IV formula mobo and i gain 45 % faster cpu upgrading now.
Compared to what i have I7 3820

But i like to have second opinion befor ei buy stuff blindly.

Rampage. Although I would wait a month until Ryzen benchmarks.

Don't buy Asus. Their boards are all crap now and their support sucks.

Get an MSI or Asrock.

Hmmm i alllways had asus mobos in my life but its been 4-5 years since i bought new hardware and times has changed i guess..

Hmm so you think the new AMD cpu will force intel down in price ?

I wouldn't go as far as MSI.
Actually in terms of quality of product, Asus and Asrock are supperior to MSI.
Support, that would be another question..

I've never had any problems with any of my asus boards over the last 18 years, all the way from a Slot A model to my Z9PA-D8 so the quality is there. I've never had to use their support so I can't comment on that.
