DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

Do to dans website and click the home icon, theres a timer and its ill have a link in about 11hours

Understood. I'm just going by what Dan's email said and am assuming either the web site clock is off or if not then there is confusion somewhere and it might have accidentally gone on sale at 12AM.

This. Good man. He probably got confused by the AM/PM system (what's the point of that anyway ;) ). Countdown on the website is due to run out at 12PM (noon) Central European Time.

For those thinking about cable lengths, if you're buying the new Asus Strix 270I, from the pictures it looks like the 24 pin ATX and SATA inputs are both right next to the PSU, between the RAM and the PSU. Which is great. The 8 pin power EPS socket is along the bottom edge also, which will make cabling nice and tidy. Nothing is going to be reaching across the board, even if you have a SATA SSD or two. Compared to this motherboard for instance, I think it's a much better orientation of all the inputs. Anyway something to think about while I twiddle my thumbs waiting for this case... :D

Welp, should not have said that.

This was discussed a couple of pages back, i managed to place a pre-order weeks ago, along with 5 people. Dan then informed Caseking that this was not desired, as everyone should get the same chance, altough our pre-orders could not legally be canceled.

So sadly, it is impossible to place a pre-order now.

wow! ...so uou have a pre-order!
what's the price on CaseKing?
...countdown....countdown....countdown :)

I've read through the thread again - I'm still not sure why the right side internal DEMCiflex filter is not the same size as the left side filter. The hole grids in the two panels are the same size, no?

I'm wondering: Will the CPU or PSU be unfiltered? and Why?

A set of dust filters aren't included right? Are there any photos showing the difference between the internal and externally mounted ones?

Ops...sorry!

My actual build, inside a JONSBO UMX1 Plus:
- INTEL i7 5960x
- NOCTUA NH-U9DX i4
- AsRock X99 MiniITX
- GTX TITAN X
- Ballistix Sport LT Kit 32GB (16x2)”
- Samsung SM951 MZHPV256HDGL AHCI
- 3 x SAMSUNG 850 PRO 1TB (RAID 0)
- CORSAIR SF 600

Dreaming about this "downgrade",
but the cooling solution: Dynatron T318+Noctua Fan ...can give a:
4.0 Ghz OC on the 5960X ?
(it's actually everithing ok at 4.0 Ghz with NH-U9DX i4)
:)

No filters included with the case.

I haven't found any pictures of the filters mounted to the case. The filters can be seen on Overclockers.co.uk

cant you just put them on either side? unless the psu is too close to the side

That's the problem - I don't know why the right-side internal filter is so much smaller than the left-side. I can clean my CPU and GPU fans and radiators whenever, I can't clean out the PSU - thus, the PSU is the one I would like to protect.

For the external filters, both of them are the same size.

I'm considering getting two left-side internal filters, and then putting one on either side, but I don't know if it will work and I don't want to waste my money.

the psu surface is flush with the edge of the case, I don't think you'll fit the full size filter because of this

can't seem to find it on overclockers

edit: nvm it's there. jesus, it's 315usd+shipping. ill stick to the ncase unless this gets cheaper.

asked earlier today if they was upp for all traffic and they sayed yes.

Overclockers at 11.01 said 10+ in stock. I managed to get the black case.

Just had a email from overclockers order confirmed.

i was worried that being in the US I'd have a hard time getting an order in before European connections could DDoS overclockers. it seems I slipped in right before the rush. had my account logged in and ready to check out, added items from my phone while loading checkout page on my laptop - it worked. woo!
