8 Online Privacy Tools for 2017!

How do I trust the people behind some of these tools to guard my privacy?

Always waiting for the first password manager to be cracked open. Where is that commercial or otherwise VPN pushing my data?

Are VPN's truly anonymous, why use a VPN if your using HTTPs.. (i know it will mask your source)

Do you know who owns that VPN service you are using? Can you trust them enough with your data you are passing through them thinking you are completely secure and anonymous?

i really hate ad blockers cause i believe the stie should be paid. if it was just add once they started with all the tracking im getting torn.

i always use
- HTTPS pluging
- PWDhash ( if you dont like password managers) or Keepass ( prefered/more safe)
- disable receptiosn of third party cookies. enabled accpetiong of fist part cookies. wipe all cookies at close down except for the sites i actually have autologin on.


#2 that is a very valid point. which is why i advice to always use opensource software for security.

another qustion i always installed MAlware bytes free edition as a AV sidearm on my family computers or costumer that ive done AV cleeaning for next to theri full AV suite.

But the newest malware bytes is not a Scanner only. anything else that can be recommende as Scanner only ?

You never be 100% sure but if you do a little research about it like where is it based, what other products do the company have (if they have any) and whether is it paid or not. If it is paid then most likely it is secure because they have their business model straight as they take money from you and provide you the service. However, if it is free then I wonder how are they making money where my skepticism about my privacy and data comes in to play!

I think using VPN is a lot better than not using any if you really care about your privacy. It is difficult to find everything about a company but for starters, it should not be based in any of the 14 eyes countries and it shouldn't keep logs. Plus, again it should be paid cause otherwise they would be selling your data to make money!
