Actually I am looking right now at seeing if I can get in the courtroom and see Tim Roberts get sentenced.

We are looking into flying down to be at the sentencing. Really.

I guess does that mean its a 1 time penalty of $500million vs Oculus having an injunction from selling the rift?

an NDA penalty vs mis-appropriation of trade secrets seems like Oculus may have dodged a pretty big bullet..

I guess Facebook can just look at it as they paid 2.5Billion for Oculus vs 2Billion.. - maybe they'll make Palmer pay for it out of his own pocket since it sounds like a judgment against him vs oculus as a company
