Origin Sale : BF1 $36. TF2 $30 etc

When seeing the steam sale etc usual threads, I happened to think to myself, kind of rare, but more of what I want is on Origin right now. Saw an Ad for TF2 for $30, hoped BF1 would be the same, but might bite on BF1 for $36.

I haven't been able to put TF2 multiplayer down. There is enough of a community right now to play any kind of match you want.

I've been a BF guy forever, but I tried the BF1 beta... and it just didn't do it for me. TF2 filling that gap nicely.

I was considering Battlefront Ultimate edition for $30, but I don't have a massive desire to play MP...is the SP/co-op decent at all or is it not worth it just for that?

The population has perked up but it's still a multiplayer focused game, the SP/co-op stuff is more of a tease and leaves you wishing they had put in some sort of singleplayer campaign, even a really short one.

Titanfall 2 shows around 4k players on PC, personally I find the matchmaking rather bad as it's really slow to find games and has too long of a delay between end of game and the next round.

It took a little while but I've been associating TF2 with Titanfall 2 -- it's idiotic but I'm glad I'm not alone, lol. Team Fortress 2 was awesome though, good times!

I am glad a snagged Titanfall 2. I had bought the first one and loved it, it just didn't have the player base to keep me interested. I was told the new on was all about single player, so honestly, I picked it up just for that. I'm about an hour into it and LOVE it.

Picked up BF1 and the Premium pass yesterday. Great game! Sooooo much better on PC but that's obvious right?

I also got Titanfall2 today. I bought BF1 when it came out and returned it the same day.

If you run 3 screens, just set the TF2 rez to a single screen - otherwise it screws up the UI and it's a pain to reset (you can't see the menus).

It reminds me of the old school story driven FPS games like Half Life 2 - highly recommended.
