Hi guys,

I am using rog impact viii and ncase v5. Everything has been installed except one thing I am not sure is when I pressed the front button to turn the computer on but nothing happened. The only way I can turn it on at the back of the computer. Is this normal?

I tried everything.

Please help.

Have you connected the power button cable correctly? Please check the manual, it will tell you which mainboard pins to use.

Yeah, make sure the switch is connected properly, obviously. If you have another system you can test it with, that would be helpful as well. It's possible the switch is defective, in which case you'll need to request a replacement (via the form on the website).

What I did with mine, was I took the extension lead the impact viii comes with, removed each pin from it and put in the ncase front panel pins into it.

This made sure I had the right plugs in the right spots, but also changed from having 4 separate plugs to a single big plug for ease of use.

I will try again based on those comments.

This is what I did, nothing happened :(

But I will try again.
