Forza Horizon 3 - XB1 & PC

I was reading if you buy the digital copy of Forza Horizon 3 you get the PC version as well. Is the PC version tied to the same account as well or can it be used separately? My son wants this game and we usually buy from Best Buy since we have the Gamers Club Unlocked. But if I can get the console and PC version then I'd rather pay the $12 extra to get both. But I want to know if I can install the PC version under my own account and not his.
 
Anyone been playing the demo? I love it. My wife actually made me share, too. She loves it. She was pissed when I got the buggy. She had to have another turn.

Looks beautiful, plays wonderful. I'm definitely picking up the full game when it's released. I love the Forza series, and the Horizon series is great. FH3 is just the bees knees.
 
I'm waiting to hear how the PC port turns out. The FM6 Apex port has some stuttering issues at times, and with FH3 being open world, it might be prone to even worse stuttering. We shall see. If the reports are good (I'll be watching Digital Foundry's report on it) I will definitely be picking it up.

If not, I'll just have to buy ANOTHER Xbox One (an S this time) just so I can play it. FH2 was certifiably awesome and this looks even better in every way.

I downloaded the demo last night, but haven't had a chance to play it yet. I definitely plan on playing tonight.

PC demo won't be available until after launch...
 
I played the demo on XB1 last night. It looked better than anything that's currently available. Best looking XB1 game for sure.
 
My son actually wants this game, but he wants every new damn game. Im going to hold out until some of my buddies get it. The only games im going to get day 1 is fifa and bf1.
 
Is it worth it to play this type of a game with a racing wheel? I'm thinking about picking up a G27/Stand combo just for this game. I've always been curious how much more fun a wheel can make a racing game.

I think so. In the first two games it added a lot of realism for me; like I'm really driving at unsafe speeds on real roads. I also hope you mean for the PC when you say you want the G27. You want the G920 if you're playing on XBONE.
 
Im really loking forward to FH# on PC, but if it lacks 21:9 support (like APEX does) its really going to put a damper on the enthusiasm for me.

Mine was supposed to be today, but according to the tracking it's still a state over and hasn't been updated since Saturday night. So it might not even be tomorrow. :(

Edit: Now it's two states away and no ETA... I'll just go and get it from Best Buy. Anyone know how to refuse a package from USPS when I won't be available to do it at delivery time?
