Halo 5

I would play it, because I do not plan on owning an XBOX One or newer. I stopped at the 360.
 
This is the only exclusive I really wanted.
I wonder how Multiplayer would work on a Microsoft account? Team up with Console gamers?
It would be a small Niche for the PC Crowd.
 
I'd play the shit out of that game, especially multiplayer. I just like the way it plays, it is good funz.
 
chances are it will be windows store only. I would probably try it but I wont buy from Windows Store.
 
I would play it - except that it will be a Microsoft Store exclusive, have limited graphics-tweaking options, and likely would be poorly optimized. So, no. Nevermind. I doubt I would play it.

If they did a normal release and did "balls out" for the PC I'd consider it.

I enjoyed the hell out of the original Halo when it came on the PC and that was after playing it quite a bit on the Xbox. The MP was fun, too. I'm sorry we didn't get more where that came from. MS only stood to make more money but they don't give about the PC regardless of the occasional rhetoric.
 
It's the most COD-ized Halo ever, it will probably become very popular on PC.
 
I would play it for the story. I remember enjoying Halo 4's story. I never was addicted on multiplayer though unless it was local multiplayer.
 
I would buy it if Microsoft continues to improve the Windows Store. I don't see a difference in buying games from there or Steam, Origin UPLAY, etc. The only stores that are different are the GOG and Humble Store.
 
I would play it, I haven't played Halo on the computer since Halo 1 and I had a blast with that.
 
Already debunked by Microsoft as "not going to happen"

So much for "One Windows"...
 
Halo 5 was the worst game in the series. I had to force myself to finish it. MP was also pretty crap.

I actually still haven't played it. I have a copy of the LE sitting right next to my Bone, too... The MP in 4 was pretty solid, but I have read and seen videos of 5 and it looks underwhelming to say the least.
 
This game was pulled for no apparent reason. The system requirements changed since yesterday, they originally claimed you had to have a DX12 feature level card. Anyways, no download available from the store.
 
So this just the map editor? you cant actually play multiplayer, correct?

You can play custom games in the Forge like you can on Xbox. There is also cross-platform multiplayer if I'm understanding correctly.
 
I want to play Multiplayer screw single player and map editors

Otherwise I'll hold out until Destiny 2

I am in the same boat. I have beat all the halos and loved them all but, just could not get into 5. I would rather play a lego series game than H5.
 
I would love to see a full Halo 1-5 remaster/collection/whatever on PC. Single player at least, I have very little interest in MP.

I'm with you on that.

I actually completely forgot I even bought it for the Xbox until this Windows release showed up. I realized I owned it and had only played about an hour of the campaign.

It didn't feel like any Halo game at all. I felt the same about 4 but this was way worse.

You can create "Custom Games" to test out the maps and invite other PC users via XBOX live, which is screwy. As far as I can tell it is NOT cross platform. I tried to join the custom game made by my pc and it said "You are required to have a Windows 10 PC to play this game."

The main purpose is that the maps you create on PC Forge can of course be used on XBONE. The real disheartening thing is that this basically full engine is running nearly flawless on Windows, and MS claimed in the past that they weren't going to bring Halo on PC like it just wouldn't be worth the time or there was a technical issue.

for as well it runs, you know if they were to bring it to PC, gamers would bitch about it anyways.
 
Downloading Halo Forge right now. Pretty cool that Microsoft included the original Halo in the bundle. I loved playing Halo so many years ago.

The original Halo was well done on the PC and the multiplayer was fun as hell on both PC and Xbox.
