You can file this case under "things you should never say online when you are mad." Which makes me wonder what in the hell Blizzard did to make this guy so mad? World of Warcraft's newest expansion not coming out fast enough? Still mad over Diablo III? Always getting his ass handed to him in Overwatch? Inquiring minds want to know. ;)

According to court documents, between July 2, 2016, and July 3, 2016, Cebula transmitted messages over the internet to Blizzard Entertainment, in which he stated that he “may or may not pay [Blizzard] a visit with an AK47 amongst some other ‘fun’ tools,” and “might be inclined to ‘cause a disturbance’ at [Blizzard’s] headquarters in California with an AK47 and a few other ‘opportunistic tools.’” Cebula was arrested on July 12, 2016, and is in custody. He is scheduled to be arraigned July 26, 2016.

He probably needs some mental help. 5 years in the pokey & $250,000 fine will probably be all the mental help he needs to learn that is bad.
 
I mean...stupid is as stupid does, but I gotta agree with DrLobotomy. Assault rifes are absolutely inferior to a semi auto/auto shotty in a CQC situation. It will be unfortunate when one of these lunatics figure that out. Then we will get arbitrary stupid restrictions on those as well.

Yep the Fostech is nasty, the other that springs to mind is the DP12. It is pump action but double barrel and being able to fire just about anything a shotgun can fire makes it quite destructive. I find it funny that NYS which has some of the most retarded gun laws allows me to own both of these guns without restriction or license, yet made me go through 18 months of bullshit to keep my .45 pistol that I had for years with a conceal and carry permit before moving here.
 
Probably upset over Blizzards asinine decision to essentially weaponize and fully automate player banning in WoW!

Funny, Blizzard has money and lawyers and thus this guy gets arrested. A family member of mine works at a nursing facility, and despite several calls with explicit threats of coming there to shoot multiple people, bomb it, and the police's knowledge that he was a mentally unstable Vietnam vet with plenty of guns, they claimed they couldn't do anything about it other than knock on his door politely to ask if he would give them his guns, then simply go away when he doesn't answer the door. Facility on lockdown over a month.

Or maybe it's a police department that actually gives a damn...hopefully the latter.
 
Didn't see any mention of if he actually had any weapons when he was arrested. In any case, he isn't too bright making those comments given the recent terrorist attack in California. Unless he really wanted a roof, cot and 3 squares a day in a semi controlled mini efficiency apartment.

Man when I used to play EQ and WoW threats like this against the company, random pubbies, the other guilds and even guildmates was an everyday occurrence. But then most of the group I hung out with for years in both were all ex UOers and we were all full tilt assholes with no filters back then.

Being silenced isnt the same as being banned. If you get reported for anything enough times in a short period of time you get silenced temporarily. He's a twitch streamer so he has a big target on his head for trolls to shoot at.

Most twitch streamers I've seen are drama queens and blow shit way outta proportion.
 
I don't know if you saw the gun the Baton Rouge shooter was using, but I had never seen this before and holy fuck it looks badass, like something out of Aliens for the Space Marines. Apparently it's an Israeli gun of some type.....IDF doesn't mess around....we know this.

either way, them not offering to do a free transfer for an account that doesnt even have an active subscription because the person "might" start playing again makes perfect sense to me. Not to mention the reason the transfer didnt go through in the first place when they were offering it for free was 100% the customers fault.
 
Just a Tavor. It's a bullpup style rifle (action behind trigger/grip.) There are many like it: AUG, SA80 being 2 older types, with Tavor (below), Kel-Tec RFB and RDB, and Desert Tech MDR being a newer variety. I personally have an M1A Scout Squad in a Juggernaut Tactical bullpup chassis, but am really wanting to get the RDB or MDR.
