The $200 'Mirror's Edge Catalyst' Collector's Edition bundle

The original game is so awesome, it definitely deserves a play through. Completely unique to anything else out there. I loved the art style and music as well. VR or 3D would be really cool.

Definitely. And due to the different art style, it still looks pretty amazing now.

I'm excited about this game, but this collectors edition looks like $10 worth of tie-in merchandise for $140. I just hope they stay true to the parts of the original that were great, especially the no guns thing.

From what I've read you don't touch ANY guns in this one. I actually liked having the option. I only used one maybe one or two times in my few playthroughs, but when I did, the NPC had it coming. :D Otherwise, I agree. Not an integral part of the game. I also agree on the collectors edition. Pretty pointless even for someone like me who's a huge fan of the game. I definitely will only buy the "normal" version.

Only time I had to use a gun was the sniper parts. Essential.

Not touching anything the has Anita's Seal of Approval.

Still spreading misinformation are we?

I'm no fan of her in any way, but aside from this being false, a good game is a good game.

I'll be busy playing both. The only thing that could distract me from them is No Man's Sky which is also out around then. Probably the best couple of months in PC Gaming in the last several years if you ask me. For me it's like 2004/2005 again with Doom 3, F.E.A.R., Riddick, Half Life 2, and Quake 4.
