Hit a Folding (Stanford) milestone? Post it here:

Thousand, million, never was good at maths, lol. Yeah it took a while to get there. Next mark, 1 billion point club inside of three years. Lots easier than back in the day. I already cracked a beer for the 100 million mark. Seems like it's been a decade since I started folding.... oh wait, it has been. And nearly all of that for the [H]orde. Hard to believe it took 7 years to get about 70 million, and one month to get the last 30. Talk about progress. I wonder if they'll make ASICS for F@H like they did for bitcoin and leave all of our GPUs in the dust just like the GPU did to the CPU. Now that curecoin is a thing, there's a monetary reason to do so, who knows.

Does it count ? 2000 hours on my Android Nexus 7; no idea how many Points or ns that is.

musky and I were just talking about this app in IRC yesterday. Funny that SONY is acting like the app is a "game". Sad they don't let you associate your FAH credentials with it.

Agree. The main reason would be caused by the streaming core underneath and its conceptual incompatibility to the point system from "classical" folding .

But anyway: my android has nothing else to do so burning some more mA is just fine.

I broke 1 million PPD and I'm barely catching up with the serious folders (top 20).

Based upon what you say and what I see here....

http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/user_summary.php?s=&u=689197

I think you have to look into what is going on.

Your 1 Million PPD is not materializing as credited points.

Do you have something set to the wrong team? Have not put in the right user name?
Are you receiving failing work units? This last is quite common with pushing an overclock too far. You see great PPD, and yet don't get it as the work units never turn in complete.

That cert says you have completed 1 million points total... which checks with my link. 600K one week and 400K another.

As long as I am here I'll toot my own horn.... I quietly slipped past 300 million points

I didn't mean 1 million PPD per day, so I guess I should have said points overall. :(

Why do you think some of my work units failed to submit (I hope its not related to the confusion with the overall points I have)?

If your client was indicating 1M PPD, then there would be an issue...

That was only what based upon your original post. Changing that to 1 M total, thinks are probably OK. I have 7 different slots, and I have to check them periodically as some crap out now and then (i.e. about 2-3 slots a week.)

He meant he broke 1M points. I don't think he realized PPD stands for Points Per Day at first especially considering he's averaging around 200k PPD.

Well, finally did it. Took long enough lol. It's funny looking back, my first team I was on I did around 1800 WU I think for a grand total of 400k points. I now do more than that in a single day in just a couple WU's if I let it run for 24 hours. O how the times have surely changed

Congrats on the 100,000,000 Vaulter98c, I to remember the old days back many years ago, LOL I do remember very well when I was excited to get a 10 point day.

I had a PS3 run nearly 3 years straight, 24-7, damn thing didnt burn out until it was 7 years old, not bad considering it was a launch unit. Before that, athlon's were my king lol, then all those early cards that rocked, like 8800GT's

Passed 20 million and didn't notice. The folding goes on.

EDIT: What happened to the badges and the site? I'm out of the loop.

Badges were generated by hardfolding which broke a long time ago, and due to some in arguing, won't and or can't be fixed.

Been here since day 1 (whenever that was) and last March I hit 10 mil Hit a Folding (Stanford) milestone? Post it here: Since then I have tripled that.

I give thanks to my customers which allowed me to build my new rig Lil' Folder. Never again will I be excluded from a contest because I dont have enough PPD. "Sorry Sparky you just dont donate enough so go sit at the kids table" This is for the little feller who chugs along with only a few machines on old tech.

Just passed a quarter of a billion... and #2 producer on the team, however fleeting that is. Just feels good to feel like I'm actually contributing after a 2 year hiatus. Fold on everyone. And congratulations to everyone that hit a milestone recently. Every bit counts.

Congrats guys !
MGMCALLEY, your second 980 Ti is up I suppose ? :)

Actually I've got 4. And still running it on my old 690 , too. They're not all running at once, I tinker with the rigs quite a bit, but if they were I'd be pulling about 2 million PPD. Hopefully by next week I'll be satisfied with the configurations and will have them all up folding.

This milestone isn't a nice round number, but it is a recognizable achievement for us old timers.

I have made it to the "no scroll zone" on EOC.
Which, for reference, is just over 450M points these days.

Damn , there is a shadow in my idea, a big dark shadow ...
Guess I need to wait for "Pascal Ti" to help me :troll:

You might be waiting a while. Congrats ChristianVirtual on your milestone. I don't think I'll post again until 500, or if/when Core32 and Skillz let me get 2nd PPD to Grandma for a day, lol. Here I thought I was going to step up the game, and Skillz does the same thing almost the same day. I do have one advantage, though, I'm not paying the electric bill. ;)
