Yeah, but does it have a removable battery and SD card slot?

UFO Sightings Daily editor Scott Waring believes this artifact is another evidence of aliens who visited the Earth's ancient civilizations. Waring wrote that someone with an "advanced knowledge" of future created the mobile-like device. Waring deemed it is a "very cool discovery."

The issue is take an 800 year old rock carve a few symbols in it call it a alien phone... Unless it had some functionality to it fake and lame... Just like the black knight sattilite.

Why would a species advanced enough to travel the cosmos use a Nokia like phone... No if we are going to find a space phone it will be more akin to the modern smart phone than the Nokia brick phone...

I imagine a small bar or something that projects a display or a pane of glass the phones in the expanse is where I think it will go either powered by heat from our hands or wirelessly from the towers or air water vapor or light...

Oh another good example is the mission to Mars movie with val kilmer where they extended the display as big as they needed from 2 bars. They also had a fusion cell the size of a c or d cell...

Why bother with this obviously fake clown crap?

Even before clicking on the link, I recognised Cuneiform, which is a good deal older than 800 years. So fake.

Belongs on BeforeItsNews.com.

Head over for your daily dose of UFO, political, religious, new world order, etc. conspiracy stories.

Heh, because it's "old" to us it must be legit that they used a similar design 800 years ago. lol. "Old" to us only being like 10 years, not 800, and look at what we have now. I dare say we wouldn't even recognise a communicator device from a species that can travel the stars.

i would have thought aliens able to figure out the speed of light thing would be able to make a thinner phone. i bet if had pretty decent battery life tho.

Not only that, Cuneiform is from Babylon (modern day Iraq), and this "phone" was found thousands of miles away in Europe.

Is it waterproof? Does it use a proprietary charging solution? Is the Gorilla Glass actually thick enough to provide real breakage protection?

A. Could be aliens.
B. Humans travelled back in time with a old Nokia phone.
C. Someone took a 800 year old rock and carved it like this for a prank.

This hoax has been on the net since 2012 so this is not only fake and lame it is also a repost... Why are we letting megalith post news without running it by anyone first?

True but we are not even capable of traversing the cosmos let alone within our own solar system and we stopped using those brick phones over 10 years ago... In 50-200 years from now what do you think our phones will look like. Current cutting edge phones are thin slabs of glass/plastic with 3 or more physical buttons.

Until I see Little (or large) green men land in my yard, WITH "magical" technology, Aliens are a (bad) joke.

You mean, until you get PROBED by Little (or large) green men in your yard WITH magical technology? :p

Can't believe I clicked on this...and then commented. It's like a WCCF post. But without the ridiculous comments section. Thank god for that at least.

Anyway, ON topic, there is (most likely) no way an alien life-form - which could be anything, vapor, liquid, an amoeba - would be using a "phone" that looks like a Nokia. Come on. I would imagine a device that resides between dimensions for those long distance calls to other universes that looks like a raisin with a projector. You squeeze it and bam! It interacts with your brain waves to transmit whatever information you would like.

Creepy

I'm fine with the post as, now that I've had my laugh for the day, I can get on with the serious business in life.

I have "Ghost In A Bottle" for sale for the low low price of $1mill each.

After years of R&D, we've perfected the technology based off of the blockbuster movie Ghostbusters. Bottles will plain glass. But you can spruce it up by adding your own designs. Not responsible for lost Ghost if bottle is opened.

/sarcasm

They can get at least two maybe three Ancient Aliens episodes out of this. Can't wait for David Childress to look sober-faced at a fake interviewer and tell him it's evidence that the Nazis discovered time travel.

i cant tell if this is real or not. i believe in God, atlantis, that perhaps people from our future went to the pass... but this is a little strange. it could be real, but strange.

well if whoever found it is claiming 800 years old, but the writing is clearly older to anyone who knows anything about artifacts, I'd say someone is trying to get clicks.

Or how about the fact that the "artifact" is an exact outline of the Ericsson phone? At least don't stamp something identically that was made recently enough for people to remember...
