I think the MAIN issue is that Nvidia and their "fanboys" have constantly shamed AMD for their drivers.
Now that the tables have turned and Nvidia has been caught with their pants down, they just get a pass. As illustrated by this comment.
If this was AMD, the Nvidia "fanboys" would be all over this. This particular thread would be over 10 pages long with Nvidia "fanboys" saying "Told you so".
Thank you for putting into perspective exactly what I was thinking. I do not enjoy the fact that those with Nvidia hardware on Windows 10 are having major issues at this time. Yes, I enjoy the fact that my AMD branded card is not having issues except for one but, that does not mean I want someone who spent their hard earned money on an NVidia card to have problems.
My only issue I have had is once in a great while, the computer will boot without the proper resolution being reported. A reboot will take care of that but, it is still a strange issue to have. (Display port on a XFX Reference R9 290 to Samsung 28 inch 4k monitor.) Could be a driver issue, an OS bug or just a problem my card is starting to have. I did not have the problem until the last week or so.
