I'm a bit confused as to dimm density moving from DDR3 to DDR4.
I'm supprised to see that most kits available contain 4GB dimms and few are 8GB. I was hoping that by the time the skylake comes out we would have 32GB 2x16GB kits out but that doesn't seem likely. Should DDR4 not have started with 8GB dimms? Is the reason artificial?
