Greetings,

What is the best way to provide logs to Human Resources when they request to know two weeks worth of when a specific employee logs in, disconnects, reconnects, and logs out of their VDI? Our environment is powered by PCoIP & VMware View. I know VMware View has these events but it truncates to 2000 events (and for our environment that covers less than a day's worth of activity).

Is there a log viewer out there or a way to pipe events to something like Splunk?

Yeah the logging isn't the greatest but Splunk does have native plugins to monitor VDI.

All that should be in the view events database should it not? Easy SQL query.
