Just found a blue LED KBT Race 75% on ebay and bought the last one! Here's some pics from the sale, pumped!

Won't be here until late Oct early Nov, shipping from China. But will post pics when it arrives.

Grrr... so lucky. I have the Race II; white LED's. I love that one you're getting; symbols for the keycaps (shift/tab) etc rather than the text. That; and every other thing I have is blue-lit. Bought a new mouse just to match the keyboard... lol...

^ The KBT Race is a gorgeous keyboard. Was desperately trying to find one for ages, ended up giving up and buying a Keycool 84 with PBT keys. Love it, but still would love a KBT Race...

^Its going to be real hard to come by a Voodoo Omen case. I have a Voodoo RAGE case and it took me about 2 years checking Ebay constantly to find one. I've one seen the Omen case popup 2 twice in the past 4 years.

I'm still deciding between this one (SteelSeries Rival), the Mionix Avior 7000 and the Zowie ec1 evo cl.

Edit: The EC1 fells better...

Didn't mean their function, but the keys. It's about as ridiculous as having the backspace and spacebar share a physical key.

Most don't really need a dedicated function row outside of gaming (MMO and possibly strategy gaming in particular) where multiple keybinds can be critical. A 60% layout is more than adequate for nearly all productivity purposes and even in most gaming instances (I'd prefer 75% or larger for keybind purposes myself).

My Rapoo wireless keyboard stopped working less than 2 months after buying it. Decided to try the Logitech K750. Also, broke out my trusty, old, still working Razer Diamondback mouse. The original Diamondback remains my all-time favorite mouse.

I call it The Beast.

AKA, the new LG 34UM95.

I saw one at Fry's recently and it's really nice. Finally a proper size for the uber wide display... the first gens were so short, this one is a good height and all that width is great.
edit: the one I saw was the 32" version - still nice though.

God everyone has such nice keyboards and I'm just over here using my Goodwill find keyboard :/ really need to invest in a nice one, but they are just so expensive...

You can find nice old Cherry POS boards with MX switches at second hand stores for dirt cheap at times. People have even found old Hall effect, ALPS and even buckling spring boards at second hand stored, though they will normally need an interface converter. They'll normally need a good cleaning, but that's easy to do with a little elbow grease and normally very worth it.

does anyone have experience with WASD Keyboards? I'm interested in their brand but not easy to find good user reviews.

I'm interested in one of them too, I'll contact them and ask to get one sent in for review and I can do the usual photography magic on it for better promotion :)

General consensus is that they are well built, but like most other keyboards the stock keycaps could be much better.

Pretty much this. Though, unless you're looking to get MX clears, greens, or browns, at roughly the same price point, I'd just go with a Filco. The first two being rarer switches that aren't offered by Filco and the browns because of the infamous Filco ping that seems to only be associated with their MX brown keyboards.

I'd also consider Ducky's G2Pro series with thick PBT keycaps [stock]. Should be one of the more inexpensive complete* keyboards available.

*good build quality, great quality stock caps, a handful of dip switch settings, wide range of switch options.

I need sometime to snap of some pics (plus i need to do some cleaning in my gaming/study room) and then get them posted. For now, I'll say that I am a logitech fan. I have a G710+ keyboard and a G9x mouse.

GO HAWKS!

p.s. nice modi/magni stack
p.p.s. i have the same keyboard
p.p.p.s. take off that plastic film over the corsair logo

thanks lol and done! Oddly enough i never took the plastic off the Logitech g510 i replaced but you couldn't notice it like you can on this one.

GO HAWKS!!! Cant wait for season to start.
