Specifically between:

03G-P4-2784-KR vs EVGA 03G-P4-3784-KR

Should I just get the 3784 and call it a day or?

The 03G-P4-3784-KR has:

8+2 Power Phases vs 6+2 Power Phases
Dual BIOS
Higher Power Target

It's worth the extra money, I wish they had this available on day 1 of the launch. I would of picked it up.

Can someone post the bios to the 3784... Wanna see if I can flash my ref card for shits and grins

You will be able to run it on your card, but the only benefit you will have is a higher clock and a slightly higher power target. You mine as well go all out and get the TI BIOS, it will give you a power target higher than a Classified card, give you voltages to 1.212v and disabled throttling.

Do you happen to have a link to that? I just got my ACX 780s and would love that.

Yep, you'll definitely want the TechInferno BIOS... disables throttling and allows up to 1.2125v with voltage power states intact (downclocking & volting when on 2D etc.). Using the Afterburner trick + up to 1.32v with LLC disabled forces the voltage full-time, though you could manually switch it down when you wanted.
