Greetings,
We will be migrating from IceWarp to Exchange 2013 over the weekend at midnight. Here is the problem:
Users sign out and go home on Friday evening. Between this time and midnight when we update MX records to point to the external IP address of the Exchange 2013 servers, e-mails will still be going to mailboxes at the IceWarp server. How do we make sure these e-mails get to the proper mailboxes in the Exchange 2013 server?
Microsoft Transporter Suite only officially supports up to Exchange 2007, and my co-worker had said that from his research Microsoft discontinued that program because of how many problem it had and how third-party tools were doing a significantly better job. (My question: what are those "third-party tools were doing a significantly better job"?)
Our IceWarp is storing [email protected]'s Outlook Test Message e-mail message at D:\Programs\VisNeticMailServer\mail\company.com\john.doe\Inbox as 201207132117130209.imap. 201207132117130209.imap is readable plaintext.
EDIT: I found http://sourceforge.net/projects/migrationtool/, but it does not have an option to migrate everything except for anything older than x days; the only options it has is "everything" and "anything older than x days"
