Update:

Some have been getting the DLC for free while others are not getting it so to clarify when you activate your key code on Steam some of the codes were giving us free DLC for the Tactical Pack. This was through Steam and not Amazon. So you probably won't get the free DLC. All your missing out on are two extra guns from the start and 1000 in extra credits.

You can easily create an account on amazon. Give address as that of a hotel you know in America :bleh:.

And purchase away. That's what I have been doing all along. Heck I have 2 addresses listed and it doesn't give a shit if I select my US address and purchase games to my heart's content.

Also can't believe that people still don't know this... :hmm:

Unfortunately, no. I've had $30+ credit to spend on amazon for a long time, but all the fucking PC game deals are downloads only so I cannot use it.
 
Err, please read above message. I live in UAE and have 20+ games on Amazon. I also purchase books etc and anything that Amazon can ship to my country. Game downloads work just fine. Just give any address to it and it works. The whole world is using it.

As for $30 promo codes, if they are ones used in recent deals, they will activate in Jan 2012 to be spent on select best selling games of 2011.

P.S. W/ DXHR you also get $5 promo code to be used in Jan 2012.

So you are essentially paying $5 for this game :D.
 
I was gonna pass on the Gamersgate deal but since you get a $5 credit it makes it worth it. In for one thanks OP!

Nice find. I don't exactly have the hardware to really run the game (yet), but don't mind adding to my near-term backlog for $10. Cool bonus from the steam activation and $5 credit as well!

Yes that is the only DLC you get when buying it from amazon. However I have a feeling this will be making a daily deal on steam before the winter sale is over so the DLC should be on sale there.

Thanks for the replies. I activated it on Steam and got the one DLC listed above. Not bad.

Thank God this was still here when I got home. Just started downloading it. Never bought one thru Amazon before but this was just too good to pass up. Ive been waiting for this one to drop and was hoping bigtime that it would show up on one of Steam's sales.
 
Damn, Ive really gotta crash early tonight as I have a freaking huge day tomorrow. I hope my 10MB connection can get this beauty downloaded before I retire. I really want to get this thing installed and play a few minutes.
