I just got done chatting with Intel to get this motherboard RMA started. I tested everything I could think of and I can't get video output from it and the USBs and PS2 port don't work. The tech guy was insisting that because I am not using 1333 memory, and instead using 1600 memory it could be causing the issue.
I told him that the memory down clocks to 1333 anyways and the system had been working before now anyways. I also told him basically everyone uses 1600 memory and to check newegg reviews, and that I did a memtest not long ago with no errors. He goes on to say that I can be voiding my warranty by doing this... blah blah
I eventually got him to do the RMA, but what do you guys think? I am thinking no possible way it has anything to do with the memory. He just seemed to be wasting a lot of time trying to avoid giving me the RMA IMO.
