I tested last weekend a Untouchables Rev0.1 10+3Phase mounted on a Evga GTX285 for the GPU.

first i tested it on Dice, to see how it reacts etc...
And must say :

Evga, DAMN SWEET JOB that you made this thing.

Next runs will be on LN² and hopefully take good places with the gtx285 on hwbot.

first some pics of the vga then some pics and links of the first test runs :

Haha, nice work. That's a 10-channel VT1185 chipset from Volterra + uPI 3-phase AUX DC-DC right? I wonder where we could procure these.

It's a 10 Phase Volterra VT1185mf and 3Phase Dr.mos.

Evga will make them retail but as 8 Phase Volterra only that Rev0.2 that can deliver 300Amp , i use Rev0.1 of 400Amp

Rev0.1 i use here will not go retail.

Soon you can buy yourself one

i dont understand what the purpose is with a 285? though im 12 years old so...

Even when the gtx285 is old, they are still getting good scores on Hwbot.org, as hardware points on all benchmarks and global points on 3Dmark01 and Aquamark.
Also to have fun and do thing not everybody does.

Kind of interesting/cool to see them release something like this to the retail market.
