Newegg has this on sale today. Might make for affordable Christmas presents if you have children you wouldn't spend $400 for a real tablet for (because they'll likely break it anyways). Most of the functionality is there.

Good enough for children I think. I wouldn't use one myself.

I would say it is a great deal- the only real draw back is the resistive lcd.

Idk. That's typical for a sub-$100 tablet. They're slow and they have poor screen response.

The screen form factor is a little different though. 4:3 instead of 16:10 or 16:9.

Depending on the Movie playback, this would probably make a good alternate to a in-car DVD player for kids.

I grabbed one. I figure for $70 I'll take a chance. To be honest I don't know what I'd use it for, I just thought it might be neat to dick around with.
