Hi everyone,
I just ordered a HD6950 graphics card but are still not sure about wich monitor I would get to use with it...
What I can tell you now is that I own a 22" LG 226WTQ-PF (1680x1050 res/60hz/ 33ms total lag, claimed 2ms by manufacturers).
I've been looking at 27" screens for a while now but I notice there's also a lot of people going for 30". Now my question would be... what kind of a monitor would be best suited for a gamer that plays a lot of RPG (dragonage 2 for example) and some FPS (Crysis 2).
My budget available for a screen is 500$ ( a little more or less is allright, as long as it's not over 100$ more).
Question is, what size of monitor would be best suited for a gamer that value's response time as much as image quality during games? (If you know some within my budget, can you please post some links?)
Keep in mind that I do not want a monitor smaller then 25.5" (I guess this is a monitor Vs monitor thing during which I hope to find the best suitable monitor for gaming).
