While this isn't tech related at all, I thought the trailer for the Rise of the Planet of the Apes looked kinda good.

Beneath the Planet of the Apes was decent.Avoid the sequels at all cost though.
Why can't Hollywood leave a classic alone without trying to milk it for another $100 million?
stupid, apes can't multiple like dogs and cats.
i'll still watch it.
I don't mean to poo poo on anyone's parade but meh, some thing to cowboys vs aliens, I thought it was a joke actually.
People who make trailers have a new trend that they need to stop, the bass sound that sounds like its winding down being used over and over, just like the shocking notes in this trailer, its getting very, very... did I say very, old.
As a huge fan of the book and the original movie I hate this reboot. In the book and movie apes evolved into intelligent beings after humans destroyed civilization. They all ready screwed up trying to reboot the franchise once. Why can't Hollywood leave a classic alone without trying to milk it for another $100 million?
Any fan of good Science Fiction should seek out the original book or the original film. Avoid the sequels at all cost though.

hollywood has hit a wall.
I don't think we have to imagine.Imagine apes running the country.
Masses of highly intelligent and choreographed apes, separated by gender, dancing in unison.I think I'll wait for the Bollywood version.
Sequels already planned
The future of the Apes Begins
Humans Strike back
The return of the Apes
The fellowship of the Apes
The Chronicles of the planet of the apes
The order of the Apes
Beverly Hills Apes
Legally Ape
Not another Ape Movie
Totally agree. NO matter how smart a small cell of apes becomes, its a hard sell to envision they enslave 8 BILLION+ entrenched humans. The original story is FAR more plausible.

Stay classy, Monkey.
