It says that you're faster then 99% of the US, so some clown out there has managed to pull a even higher resultHighest results on speedtest.net...
That sounds alot like it is here in the US outside of the bigger cities. In fact I still know a few people who's only option is dialupI wish we got upload speeds in the UK as good as you guys in the US. ADSL2+ i can get 15-16 down but no more than 1 up.. lame. To get more than that you have to go to expensive custom ISPs for SDSL or Fiber. Most ISPs will not offer SDSL in my experience and just rape your upload.

^That makes quite a bit more sense.
I have the same package. I'm getting about the same speeds from the same test server.http://www.speedtest.net/result/1210183898.png
Verizon FIOS, supposed to get 25/25, I have been quite happy with them so far.
This count?
Absolutely counts. And its pretty awesome! Assume that's LTE and not WiFi? The 121ms ping is kinda dodgy.
It is LTE not Wifi.
My home connection isnt even that quick. :/
Your upload is twice your download speed?

Not the only one seeing that.
Typical consumers use more downstream bw than upstream bw, so there is more upstream bw available to use
