Input lag is more importatn but i must know what is the maximus good value ( ms ) to have a good experience in game ?

20ms in good ?
and 13 ?
there's difference ?

Sensitivity to Input lag varies greatly by individual so there is not universal optimal value.
I do not care much about it since I do not feel it even at 50 ms.

Well the obvious optimal value is 0 :)

As to what you can tolerate as others have said...

I can see the difference between 5 and 20. Anything over 30 and I can't stand it.

Anything below 30ms is virtually meaningless, IMHO. If someone says that 30ms lag affects his gaming, I believe there might something else that is a problem. On its own. 30ms should be almost impossible to feel, its about as short as flies fart. It can add up though, Vsync and Triple Buffering etc... all add up to the overall lag and monitor lag might be the one final tick that makes it noticeable. I have noticed with my TV that I use. I dont know how much lag it has, but enabling Vsync and Triple Buffering makes it clearly noticeable.

As it's been said, it's highly subjective. Obviously the optimal is 0ms but it all depends on a person's tolerance. I can game just fine on a ~30ms input lag display and can notice the lag on my 50-60ms input lag TV but it still doesn't bother me that much. Some people would find both of those unacceptable but most would probably never even notice. I tried pointing out the input lag of my plasma to a friend of mine and basically he thought I was crazy.

I just went from a 20ms Asus TN to a the lowest input lag model on the market (Benq XL2410T - 5ms) and I can definitely see and feel the difference in FPS games. I'll probably be returning it anyway because I can't use a 120hz display and 60hz display in mirrored mode.
