i see you only have 1 dvi out from "fire" but you have triple monitor eyefinity. can you explain how this works, or were you only using one monitor when you took that shot?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, at the time that particular picture was shot, I was only using one monitor. I have also had the two outside monitors hooked up to my backup system (the non-powdercoated rig). However my favorite is still all three in 7680x1600 eyefinity (for the few games I can run at that res).

Thanks for all the other compliments gentlemen! Was surprised to see my shots get used to help pimp the forums, there are much nicer rigs to be seen around here. Not complaining mind you, lol! It made my day. Wo0t! :p

Warning, still needs to be powdercoated ;)

are those Q tips holding up the fan / router cooler? Sweet !!!

Yeah, I've got a 1900rpm Scythe Slipstream under my Linksys WRT310n because it got so hot. I was going to use some screws but didn't have any. I did, however, have Q-tips. ;) The router is cold to the touch now :D

added 200gb owc + 750gb for added storage (had it lying around, that's why I tossed it in)
side panel is usually on, the fan is there for extra air flow over the ram. I had the side panel off when I was adding the drives.

I would seriously take that Domino ALC out before it leaks all over your nice parts.

Do they all eventually leak? I have one and have had it for about a year and a half.

I am not sure, but given the reviews and general opinion, I wouldn't trust a CoolIT product in my case.

I've not seen one case of an Asetek/Corsair leak. I've seen at least 20 reports of leaking CoolIt Domino units.

Is coolit accepting RMA's or returns?

Don't know about the domino, but I read a review where the grabbed an ECO ALC by the CPU block and whipped the radiator over their head by the tubing, then installed the product and it worked fine.

That's great. I've read 20+ reviews of leaky Domino ALC. Just because one product from a company works doesn't mean they didn't have issues.

CoolIT is shoddy, IMO.

I, too, have read horrible reviews of CooIT products, but have never owned one myself. I am currently using a modified Corsair H50 and love it.

There is only one case that I've heard of about a Corsair leaking and taking out other hardware with it, and Corsair replaced the damaged hardware. Of course it has to be an unmodified H50/H70 unit for this to happen. Link to that thread- http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=83249

UPDATE: I contacted coolit via their forums and they opened up an RMA process for me through e-mail. They told me to shutdown my machine and uninstall it as mine was making swishy sounds. I un-installed it today and as soon as I took it out it started leaking fluid, luckily it was away from the system when this happened. If anyone has one please remove it it is bound to leak read their forums everyone is having the same issue.

My 1st visual case mod. I've done non-visual mods before like squeezing water cooling where it shouldn't fit, but never one that's visible with the case on. Specs are in my sig:

What do you have connected in that last PCI slot? Doesn't seem like a video card judging by the two-prong plug (?) that's connected to the rear?

Looks like a two-port USB PCI slot extender thing.

Yeah, that's what's in the last PCI slot. What I meant to say is - what is that plug connected to the video card, i.e. the second-to-last slot? It looks like a two-prong DC plug, not an HDMI/DVI plug.

its a dvi-d plug connected to the video card and a 4 port usb slot below that.

hfuser2009, nice set up man! and that board with the full block is just epic.. a little cable management would tighten things up ;)
