I have a Paypal Debit Card. If a site doesn't have it, you can still use the funds from your account.
You can sign up on the Paypal site and it's free. It's also great for having immediate access to your money after a sale.
 
Thanks for the info. I'll look into it. By the time I got back and entered my CC info...the freakin OC version sold out. (auto notify) In for the standard one. Hope it goes thru.
 
I saw this on SD. Even though it's slower than the 1 GB version and even the 465, for $146, it's a great deal. I'll have to mention this to my friend who is looking for a sub-$200 NVidia-based video card.
 
In for a standard one. Though, since I purchased one, you guys should know there is no way it will go through. Cancellations abound! I have awful luck when it comes to slickdeals.

lol...if it's on SD it's most likely gonna get cancelled since so many people are placing orders. I didn't place an order (got the MSI 1GB) but I hope this deal gets honored for you guys.
 
I had it in my cart, went to order got removed :(

Edit: the non oc version is still there. I ordered, don't really need it but what ever.

I hate that site. They steal plenty of deals from [H] and other tech forums. They also steal exclusive [H] promotions (I've noted that this deal was taken from another tech website. But tech is tech in my book. Slickdeals is hardly tech).
 
I'm kind of hoping it gets canceled, I really didn't need one, why must I waste money on stuff I don't need! :eek:
 
i wish i had the money to buy 10 of these. would use them in my seti rigs when i switch over to folding :D
 
placed an order to overnight 10 of them, really not expecting to see them but who knows. They could show up =)
 
The Standard edition has been in stock for way too long. I can't see it shipping. Somebody at CV is going to have a fun day on Monday.
 
If it comes through, Im selling my two 470s, and one of my three monitors and going back to single screen gaming to pocket the money.

Updated email came in..My order has been sent to the warehouse and says will ship in 1-2 days. Crossin my fingers...MAYBE I actually got one coming. It would be sweet seeing how I ALWAYS bite and get the shaft with the "mistake" "out of stock" or whatever other excuses they make.

right about now, a bunch of order takers are logging into their computers to look at the weekend orders.

Depending on whether they made a mistake or not, they're either saying "Oh crap. We screwed up" or "wow look at all the sales our promotion brought in"
 
Yup, just got an invoice and tracking number for the two I ordered. I'm building a new system and I was originally planning on a 460 1GB, but 460 768 SLI sounds better now. Plus I haven't bought Metro 2033 yet so that's a bonus.

I haven't heard about that, but it sounds good. These cards are mostly going to be folding anyway, video memory doesn't matter there.
 
maybe they make some ridiculous amount of money for every SC trial code they ship. My tracking numbers are in for the order i placed last night.
