Mapping Mouse 4,5 to specific games

I have a Logitech MX518, and i want to bind my side buttons to Just Cause 2, because it cannot read them in game. I read that people bind them to unused keys like [ and ], then use those keys in the game settings.

The problem is that i cannot set Mouse 4 and 5 to [ and ] to only those games. Usually, it would be under the picture of your mouse in SetPoint, but mine doesn't have it for some reason. I updated setpoint, and reinstalled it, everything i can think of. Can someone help me figure out this problem? thanks!

mine looks similar to this. There should be an option under the mouse saying which program to chose/use, but there isn't.

Just Cause 2 doesn't support mice with more than 3 buttons. You best solution would be to bind keystrokes to the extra buttons and use them instead. You could also enable profile switching in SetPoint to adapt to each application.

Yeah, i already pointed that out in my first post. But i cant get the profiling switching to work to each program. I would like my side buttons to stay the way they are, and only map them to extra buttons for Just Cause 2, but i dont know how because for some reason, my SetPoint doesnt have that feature.
