McAfee’s executive vice president of support and customer service apologized today via the company’s blog to all the people they hosed with that bad update. Think about that for a minute…none of the people affected can actually use their PCs to read the apology.
First off, I want to apologize on behalf of McAfee and say that we’re extremely sorry for any impact the faulty signature update file may have caused you and your organizations.
