how many drives do you have in your rig?

do you have 2 of the same drives and possibly selecting the wrong one.

I'm gonna reinstall windows to see if it happens again. I hope the drive isn't screwed...

When you reinstall only have the Boot Drive connected, disconnect the second drive and then after reconnect the second disk.

+1. I've experienced similar issues when installing windows clean with more than one physical disk present. Reinstalling with ONLY the single drive connected should resolve this problem.
