Upgrade? G to N

I just picked up a Netgear WND3700, and it's sweet. I'd like to upgrade my wireless card in my Dell 1525 to an intel 4965 or Dell 1505. Anyone have experience with either of these? The 1505 if I remember from my Dell days didn't work all that hot?

The 4965 is a solid performer. Plus, it's AGN, so it'll connect to pretty much anything. There's also the Intel 5300 that gives a 50 percent bandwidth increase, making it an option as well.

Ok the Intel 5300 is $235 Canadian. Out of the question.
 
4965 is working great with my 3700
Have the 5300 too, and it's a bit faster but the 4965 is no slouch. If the price diff isn't strong, get the 5300. If the price diff is too much, the 4965 works with the 3700 very, very well (130 in single channel mode)
 
I got my 5300 half height car off ebay for $30 shipped to Canada. NCIX obviously has their price out of whack on that one.
 
I wonder if somebody at NCIX accidentally put a 2 in front of what the price is supposed to be.
 
LOLZ, 30 shipping for a 30 dollar card. Sucks to be canadian, and wanting technology. Here bend over... I'll just get a 4965 and be done with it.
