HTPC Build Needed

42'' 1080 TV with hdmi
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
Nothing specific, E-sata would be nice, at least 4 sata ports.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license?
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

What I have/need requirement wise.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
DVD/Bluray ripping/burning software (Paid software is fine, or a good free alternative)
Bluray player
160gig OS drive SATA
1tb storage drive SATA
I need a keyboard/mouse that are wireless and have good range (I've heard bluetooth would work well for this?)
Ram: 8 gigs, 4x2gb preferred.
Motherboard: Needs at least 4 SATA ports, able to have 8 gigs of ram, needs digital audio out, so I can run this to my receiver, and run a dvi-hdmi converter for video.
Processor: Open to suggestion, something decent for gaming, not playing all the newest titles or anything but would be nice. I'm thinking high end core 2 duo?
Video card: Again not sure.. I want to be able to play games on my TV which is 1080.

I do have a 7.1 ch speaker set up. Currently I play mostly racing games, flight sims, nothing too new currently, but I do want something that can play current games if I did decide to go out and buy some.
